Creating specifications for a transmission grid operator in order to introduce a CRM system
Project duration: 7 months
Brief description
In the first step of creating the specifications, the process analysis is carried out in close consultation with the people responsible in the areas. For this purpose, all processes to be supported from objection management, stakeholder data management and grid development plan are analyzed in detail and visualized with BPMN 2.0. The requirements on the CRM system to be supported are defined in the second step. An attempt is made in this case to use the functions of a CRM system available in the standard version as far as possible, or to align the requirements accordingly so that the subsequent customizing work for introducing a CRM system is kept as low as possible. In the 3rd step, the requirements are structured into categories and prioritized according to their weighting.
Subject description
A significant increase in the number of land-use related planning notifications, referred to as objections, can be expected as a result of the increasing impact of grid construction projects and the grid development plan in processes involving citizens, communities and public funding bodies. The affected areas want to include these notifications and objections with the help of the CRM system, to allocate them with regard to the arguments they contain and to respond in a technically correct and consistent way to them. The increasing impact referred to leads to an enormously large number of stakeholders who have a claim to information and 'participation' in the process. In order to ensure consistent communication, it is necessary for all relevant data and the exchange with a stakeholder to be traced historically in the CRM system.
