Creating requirements specifications as the basis for introducing the iOPT energy management system for a gas supply company.
Supplement
Requirements are worked out jointly with the software manufacturer in workshops, the results are logged and documented in the form of a functional specification for implementation, which is then coordinated with the customer.
Subject description
The system is primarily to be used for the gas commodity; the contracts for this commodity are to be managed and settled in iOPT. There is also to be a connection to the group-wide sales reporting.
