Converting the middleware – creating and expanding B2B message mappings
Brief description
After the introduction of the new middleware, the EDI mappings of the business processes are implemented in the new middleware platform using XSLT mappings in the same way as the old platform. For the migration, the existing productive processes are used to carry out an actual/target comparison.
Supplement
The existing EDI solution will be replaced by the new EDI-Exakt solution from AllForOne. This is seamlessly integrated into SAP ERP and enables the conversion of SAP IDocs into EDIFACT and vice versa using XSLT-supported mappings. Rudimentary scripts are already available for these XSLT mappings. The task is to compare a productive message from the old solution with the conversion result of the new solution, analyze existing deltas, identify them and make the adjustments in the new XSLT mapping.

The dispatch of messages from customer orders, deliveries and invoices to customers is fully digitized.
