Connection of POS system and ERP to data warehouse
Brief description
Both the new POS system (TCPOS) and the new ERP system (Microsoft Business Central (BC)) are to be connected to the newly created data warehouse (DWH) and the data hub it contains.
Supplement
A new POS system is implemented in the company, which is supplied with master data (e.g. articles, prices) via the DWH. In return, the POS data is fed back into the DWH and made available for reporting. Among other things, this POS data is then transferred to the newly implemented ERP system in order to be able to set up merchandise management there, among other things. In return, data from the ERP system (as a master data system for article master data) is transferred to the POS system via the data hub. In addition, the new data that has flowed in must be made available for reporting.

The goal is to build a clear, stable and easily supportable reporting system that also serves as a data hub between the various connected systems.
