Connection of a monetary scale to Java application for euro conversion

Brief description
Conversion of treatment to euros when using a money scale while retaining the old currency for a limited period of time. The cash scales used in the country have been converted by the manufacturer so that both euros and the old currency can be weighed and settled simultaneously.
Supplement
The existing application assumed that there is only one currency and should therefore be extended so that, for a transitional period, both currencies can be weighed. After that, the old currency should be switched off at the scale, and the weighing of euros should become the standard. PTA should implement this treatment of the scale or extend the existing implementation accordingly.
Subject description
The scale transmits the value of the weighed banknotes for one currency and one denomination each. The weighed banknotes are then placed in a safebag for later 'money disposal'. The specialist application then displays the total value in a form and stores the transmitted values in the database.
