Brief description
Conceptual design of multiple applications for visualizing digitalization in the Industry 4.0 environment with the aim of presenting possible solutions and the associated benefits to producing companies. The implementation involves an ERP system, various web applications and a cloud connection.
Supplement
Defining a fictional production company to create a practical basis. In addition to setting up the company model in an ERP system, various web applications are conceived. These include monitoring the stock of machinery, the production flow, a digital routing slip, and a solution for reporting faults and troubleshooting. Some functions, such as the machine connection, are mapped using cloud applications. The concept documents created include all the information needed for the implementation.
Subject description
The concept is to form the basis for creating applications to be used in sales appointments in order to illustrate the benefits and uses of digitalization. These solutions also form the basis for new systems to be developed in the Industry 4.0 environment.
