Coordinating the framework operating conditions for defining a sales strategy. Defining functions for the sales process, as well as fine-tuning the customer acquisition process in a company with a consulting-intensive service portfolio. Performing a market analysis on this basis.

The market analysis identifies competencies for pre-selecting marketable services, and involves market segmentation with a derivation of potential customer profiles. Prioritization of companies for an analysis of potential partners and competitors. Followed by development of the strategic sales orientation, with a definition of short-, mid- and long-term sales goals. For customer acquisition, the conceptual design is created for the following sub-processes: lead generation, customer contact, quotation phase, network expansion and network maintenance, through to the order. In addition, measures are defined to achieve the goals and these are then collected in a plan of action.
