Project duration: 2 months
Brief description
Concept of a generic procedure for being able to develop business processes further taking account of all internal and external requirements in a performance-oriented way, including the generation of associated methods, templates and documents. For this purpose, a structured analysis of all applicable standards, guidelines and possible scenarios was carried out.
Supplement
Interplay of process controlling aspects, external specifications, operative risks and internal improvement suggestions in the business process optimization.
Subject description
The procedure should be applied to a specific process section which is affected by a large number of different changes. These include not only the introduction of a new IT system but also personnel changes and budget restrictions as well as the organizational expansion of the process section. The objective is optimum performance-oriented design of the process section taking account of all specifications. Not only prioritization methods but also simulations are used in this case.
