If there is a change in the documentation we advise our customer for qualify spezification. This part completes with the test report, test sets and excecuted Ttests plus data mirgation plans and reports. In addition we manage processes for signing documents in an electronical way. We Support the scope of releases of salesforce.com versions. For validation of custimized adaption and maintainance releases our task is it to assess the actual System documentation for changes. Finally the PTA do recurrent verification and support for special part of the audit .

PTA supports with test coordination and documentation of migration and process-based tests within the rollout of a global salesforce.com based CRM-System, also with decommissioning of the old CRM-System. Further assists in validation of customized changes and maintenance releases of the global salesforce.com and Microsoft system based CRM-System including Tableau for reporting.
