The client sees potential for internal organizational improvement in project management, human resources, marketing & sales, and overall organizational structure. To this end, the client has already conducted initial retrospectives with employees and identified and bundled starting points with potential for improvement. The client has asked PTA to become active in an advisory capacity based on these starting points, to identify organizational improvements and support their implementation.
Supplement
To achieve organizational improvements, we proceed in three stages: Phase 1: Triage, one-on-one meetings and analysis. Phase 2: Agreeing on recommendations for action. Phase 3: Support during implementation. The following contents are discussed: Project management, including project initiation, requirements analysis and preparation of offers, resource planning, responsibilities/decision-making structures, existing processes, risk management and quality assurance projects.
Subject description
Based on discussions with employees and management, PTA develops recommendations for action. Implementation is worked on iteratively with management in several workshops. Processes are outlined, and templates created together.
