Brief description
The customer receives support in procuring a new IT system. This includes modeling target processes, formulating requirements, evaluating their feasibility and creating the requirements specification.
Supplement
The following work packages are carried out: creating and reviewing the target processes. Deriving requirements for the IT system to be procured, on the basis of the target processes. Consolidation of requirements collected and creating the requirements specification. Support for the method and tool use. In addition, the customer is methodically supported in the selection of a suitable provider by means of a benefit analysis. The selection is accompanied by an evaluation matrix. The PTA supports the selection of criteria and aggregation, as well as the processing of the results for decision makers.
Subject description
The customer receives support in modeling target processes, compiling process-based requirements and creating a requirements specification for the ETRM to be procured (energy trading and risk management) system.
