Brief description
Design and development of a tool for automatic characteristic curve identification in the context of developing and applying sensors for supporting the parking maneuver (parking aids).
Supplement
The tool developed here is based on MS Access. During data entry, a large amount of information can be collected in MS Excel and then copied and pasted to the Access application. The data entered is evaluated in the form of characteristics curves, among other evaluations.
Subject description
The sensors developed here are installed in vehicle bumpers. The parameters investigated depend on the number of installed sensors and the sensor type. The tool can be used to analyze the dependency of the installed sensors' reaction to the distance of the triggering signal. This dependency can be compared across the various sensor types.
