Brief description
Conceptual design and implementation of a data processing system for managing certificates of eligibility for public housing in the context of social welfare.
Supplement
The previous, character-based single-position system is replaced by a client/server application. Phase 1 involves data retention using an MS Access database. For stability and performance reasons, the data retention is ported to an RDMBS (Gupta SQL Base). During the porting, the dialog control is redesigned to optimize data access to an RDBMS.
