The project contains documentation of working sequences in customer service at a manufacturer of medical diagnostic devices. All processes of the in-house call center, back office as well as processes of the external employees are recorded using BPMN Notation. The focus is directed towards supporting a CRM system in global processes, taking account of integration into the existing system landscape.
