Automation of existing business processes

Brief description
In the course of the digitisation of administrative structures, our customer supports the optimizing of business processes. Existing manual processes are modeled and automated using the ERP system and the underlying process engine. The automation of processes, modeled with BPMN 2.0, and the operative development of web interfaces is carried out by PTA in cooperation with and at the customer's site.
Supplement
In addition to the operational development of business solutions, PTA also supports the development process from the start of the project through to deployment via a continuous integration pipeline. A modern web technology stack is used for the development with Angular 5, Java 8, Spring Boot and SQL Server.
Subject description
The business processes illustrated include, for example, the automatic handling of mail returns or the fully automated processing of various types of applications. This reduces the processing time in the administrative apparatus and improves the data quality of the ERP system.
