Within the scope of the project, the customer introduces standard software, which is adapted to the customer's requirements through extensions by the software manufacturer. Generally usable extensions are to be taken over into the functionality of the standard software. The PTA takes on project management, definition of requirements and test management for all work on the part of the data center, that is all adjustments made at the interfaces of the data center to the standard software with all connected systems, as well as necessary adjustments in the connected systems themselves.
Subject description
The customer determines as a service provider for the state associations of family physicians monthly payments and quarterly fees for medical services provided and ensures their billing and payment by the health insurance, as well as forwarding to the doctors (exercise of paying agent function and fiduciary). In return, he charges administrative costs. The underlying data for the customer's accounting services are the physicians' variable data (insured enrollments, medical services) that are received and processed in the company's own data center. Based on Excel documents and self-developed applications, the customer's accounting department handles the data prepared by the data center to execute invoicing and initiate payments. So far, many repetitive work steps are made manually that should be automated.
