Applications for the post-processing of customer orders

The workflow management tool is part of an individually developed order entry system for correcting, checking and researching customer orders. The tool has its own authorisation control to assign the processing of different input channels of orders to specific users. In a work list, users can use various filter criteria to select the orders that are relevant to them. These are orders that have to undergo an additional check or for which no error-free further processing to SAP can take place due to special master data constellations. The editing mode allows the user to make changes to the customer data, order header data, item data and existing texts. In order to be able to track the changes to the orders, the application automatically updates a change log.
