Application extension for retrieving customer documents
Brief description
An existing application is being expanded to enable insurance agents to download documents for customers or to retrieve them electronically and pass them on to the customer. The download is offered via a web interface. Electronic retrieval takes place via a BiPRO transfer service in version 2.8.2. Both application components are based on services in a Kubernetes cloud environment of Amazon Web Services (AWS). PTA supports the technical analysis of the requirements and the subsequent design of a new endpoint for the BiPRO transfer service. Test cases are created in collaboration with the specialist department for acceptance and stored in Zephyr Scale.
Supplement
The implementation takes place in two steps. First, the necessary changes are implemented in the web application in Java and this component is approved on the basis of the test cases in Zephyr Scale. During test preparation, it is the task of PTA to provide all the necessary prerequisites in the upstream systems. In the second expansion stage, a new endpoint is designed and implemented to make documents available to customers via a SOAP interface in accordance with BiPRO standard 430, version 2.8.2. PTA is responsible for designing the new endpoint and managing its implementation.
Subject description
