Analysis and showcase for process controlling in customer canvassing
Project duration: 8 months
Brief description
Implementation of process controlling along the business processes of customer canvassing. Analysis, data mining and processing of the relevant process activities under the aspects of process output, times, quality and costs. Consolidation of all results and open points in a showcase and status-quo report for management as a decision template for further procedure.
Supplement
The basis is the business processes documented according to the customer's standard in the process modelling tool which are initially analyzed according to their time and logical sequence: Which variants and handling items are represented? This is followed by identification of data flows and objects which are required in the process segment. The live data is provided by the process players for evaluation and analyzed in detail (incl. pivot evaluation). Also, extensive documentation is produced for the evaluation steps and methods so that additional process segments can be dealt with systematically following that. The end results and missing data are clearly aggregated and presented in a report and showcase for management.
Subject description
The objective is to establish transparency regarding the process times, process costs and quality of the business processes of the customer. For this purpose, a standard procedure is created which can be transferred to additional process segments, thereby making them comparable. As a result, the evaluation methodology and a standard report are created and can be updated at regular intervals. Weak points in the process descriptions and the corresponding data flows and IT systems identified in this case are documented, and corresponding action recommendations are developed.
