Brief description
Analysis and conceptual design of a CRM individual solution that works together with SAP (VIS, SD) to provide sales employees with information about the relevant market, competitors, customers (contacts, orders, forecasts, competitor products etc.) in an offline solution. The data are kept consistent by automatic reconciliation with the backend system.
Supplement
The CRM solution will provide field staff employees and sales managers with the necessary functions and data. The data are to be supplied from SAP, with the individual software acting as a data distributor to the mobile solutions. Existing evaluation options will continue to be used and will be integrated into the new CRM solution.
Subject description
To improve customer support, field staff employees are provided in a mobile solution with information about market events, competitors, and important dates such as the end of amortization periods for products sold.
