Brief description
The customer requires a standardised form of providing public APIs. A standardised procedure model is to be defined for the future development of public APIs. This includes the architecture, security mechanisms, code guidelines, documentation, etc. PTA moderates the necessary workshops, provides support in analysing the requirements and developing an operating concept.
Supplement
The customer operates largely on the Microsoft stack. In addition to the partners who transmit contractual partner data to the customer, external systems such as a cloud-based CRM and an external web-based prospective customer completion route are also integrated. The standardised API is intended to ensure that a structured procedure is followed during API development.
Subject description
The external API to be developed is to be made available to partners and service providers who onboard customers, as well as for the integration of the customer's external systems, such as the cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) system. The benefits are based in particular on the automation of processes and the associated reduction in manual activities.
