Adaptation of system landscape and business processes in the transformation project
Brief description
The aim of the project is to adapt large parts of the internal system landscape as part of an adjustment and expansion of the business model and to obtain, coordinate and implement the requirements and framework conditions with the external software manufacturers, doctors and practices, and health insurers involved. PTA takes over the management of the project, ensures communication and transparency between the stakeholders and manages the project teams.
Supplement
In addition to securing resources in the project team, PTA tasks are to organizing bottom-up and top-down communication and defining the scope at project team and developer level. Another focus is the implementation of planning and controlling processes as a basis for the analysis of deviations and the coordination of required corrective measures. In this project context, this includes in particular the documentation of scope changes, the calculation of the project status and the identification of potential risks as well as evaluations, analyses and forecasts in line with requirements.
Subject description
The existing care landscape in the area of general practitioners is changing significantly and rapidly, the proportion of employed physicians and the organization into MVZs or larger practice structures is increasing. Existing contractual regulations and SW systems in GP-centered care in accordance with Section 73b SGB V must therefore be enabled to map such structures. The necessary restructuring includes contractual regulations for enrollment and billing, AIS in the physicians' practices, and all backend systems of the service providers commissioned with contract processing.
