Internal seminar takes place twice a year for all PTA Group employees
Twice a year, the PTA Group organizes an internal seminar for networking and exchanging experiences.
Opportunity to network and exchange experiences within the PTA Group
The PTA seminar takes place every six months, in summer and winter. All current and former employees of PTA Germany, PTA Switzerland and DATIS are invited to a city for an event lasting several days. The idea behind it: Due to the decentralized structures of the PTA Group, employees can better exchange information about trends and past projects, network and discuss corporate strategies at the seminar in a selected hotel.
During the workshop, employees usually give presentations. In addition, the 300 or so participants can find out more about the individual departments at stands in the hotel foyer. Occasionally, there are also external speakers who talk about topics such as innovation management or occupational health management.
Successful event in November
The last seminar in November 2017 in Mannheim was once again a complete success. At this year’s health event, an external speaker spoke about work-life balance and the effects of posture on the psyche. Employees also had the opportunity to find out more about health in the workplace in the hotel foyer.
A particular highlight, however, was honoring those celebrating anniversaries, which always takes place at the end of the year. This time, 39 employees who have been with the PTA Group for between ten and 30 years were honored with a personal speech and a gift.
The next PTA seminar will take place in the summer.
