A series of workshops are held to determine the scope of the project and to assist the client with the approach, selection of process management software and internal concept development. All workshops are facilitated by PTA consultants.
Subject description
Ultimately, the customer would like to establish a company-wide process management and present it in a corresponding tool. PTA accompanies the client on the way from the initial idea to the selection of a tool and the creation of a concept including a roadmap.
