The existing intranet system for the central administration of company-wide on-call services is extended by functionalities for the integration of on-call services provided by external companies. This information is made available by uploading PDF documents and is thus available for viewing by authorised user groups at a central location. The objective of this procedure is to standardise existing separate information flows and to make relevant information more easily accessible for evaluations.

In addition to designing a suitable communication and filing procedure, PTA's task is to implement the project in compliance with the GDPR. In this context, personal information is automatically removed from the system via a separate clean-up service using a technical process defined in parallel after the expiry of a specified validity period. In this context, special attention is paid to protecting the processed data on the storage location of the server involved. The extensions to the intranet system are based on the ASP MVC technology used up to now. The cleansing service is implemented on the basis of a task-controlled .NET Core application.
Subject description
The extension of the system serves to simplify the information flows in connection with the recording and administration of company-wide on-call duties. The central storage and provision is intended to realise organisational as well as time savings in the storage and evaluation of data.
