Interface SpiraTeam to Micro Focus Service Manager

Brief description
For a client that provides financial services to banks, an interface is implemented to transfer incidents from the SpiraTeam application lifecycle management system to the Micro Focus Service Manager system.
Supplement
Within the scope of this project a Spira team interface to the Micro Focus Service Manager system is to be realized. It should later be possible to extract/export incidents from the SpiraTeam and transfer them as ticket/incident to the Service Manager system. For the realization of this interface the Spira-SDK provided by Inflectra is used. The interface is developed within the ASP .NET framework in the programming language C#. The development of the later plug-in includes the correct mapping (mapping) of the fields from the Spira system to the Service Manager system. The realized plug-in is added in SpiraTeam under the item Data Synchronization, where the fields/attributes for the Incident of the later Service Manager are manually configured. Then an incident can be transferred from SpiraTeam to Micro Focus Service Manager.
Subject description
PTA development team provides the customer a .DLL file that provides the agreed functionalities. The compiled .DLL file is a plug-in for SpiraTeam. With this plug-in it is possible to transfer incidents from Spira to the Service Manager. The attributes of the extracted incidents from Spira are mapped as corresponding attributes of a ticket/incident in Service Manager. For the customer, the benefit of this application is that only one system for tickets/incidents will be operated.
