A Kubernetes environment is designed for the respective service offering of a data center. This design is verified based on a proof of concept implementation of such cluster.

Based on the standard Kubernetes distribution the interplay of various components for a Kubernetes cluster is designed. The target audience for such cluster are development teams. The cluster design includes runtime cluster components as well as modules for monitoring and operating the environment.
Subject description
Software development often includes a composition of various Docker containers. The interplay, operation and orchestration of these containers can be accomplished by means of a Kubernetes cluster. The design and configuration of such cluster in a data center allows to build a service offering that is suitable for various ranges of targeted customer audiences.
