Brief description
New development of a data portal for the exchange of extensive document sets including traceability of processing, guarantee of data integrity. These tasks were previously performed manually and require the support of automated procedures for fast and effective processing including processing documentation.
Supplement
The new development is connected to an existing data exchange platform close to the system and uses its asynchronous bus communication. An intensive exchange between the company's internal development and administration departments ensures the planned connection. The control of the data processing is file-based in XML format. The files to be processed are represented by data packages, the file delivery to the portal takes place individually and varies in time. A different number of recipients and file selection is processed per data package. Information on the processing status is provided via web services.
Subject description
The new development is preceded by extensive coordination between the various parties involved. The aim is to significantly simplify the previous manual, error-prone processes by means of standardized interfaces and automated processing procedures. The development over split project phases will be extended in several stages from basic functionality to complete implementation.
