Brief description
The customer would like to offer a registration to webinars via a corresponding landing page and support the dispatch of information material after registration. In addition, leads are generated from the registrations so that they can be contacted by a sales representative. The Dynamics 365 Marketing App will be introduced to integrate web forms into the customer's CMS, generate automatic e-mails and synchronize the data with a CRM system (Dynamics 365).
Supplement
The web forms in the existing CMS are not connected to a central customer database – there is currently no central customer management system.

In the future, customers will be able to manage their customer data in a central CRM system, record potential customers as leads and be supported in automating marketing processes.
