Development of a software for the planning of a power plant deconstruction
Brief description
In order to efficiently plan the decommissioning of a nuclear power plant, an intranet application is created that displays information on electrotechnical power plant components, their connections to each other and to control consoles and efficiently supports the planning of their decommissioning. The Siemens application Mesa4PC serves as a data base, whose data stock is supplemented and enriched by a dedicated SQL Server data storage.
Supplement
The application is developed as an intranet application based on ASP MVC5 and seamlessly integrated into the customer's existing individual system environment. Thus, predefined central authentication and authorization instances are used as well as a central logging of application activities. The work carried out includes all activities from the conception and developmental implementation of the application to the handover to future operation. In addition, the PTA project team is responsible for permanent communication with all the customer's specialist and technical departments.
Subject description
The benefit of the new application for the customer lies in the expected considerable cost savings in the planning of dismantling measures. This is achieved by using automated procedures to significantly simplify dismantling planning in comparison to the previous practice of using Excel lists and relieve users of tedious standard tasks. In addition, an increase in quality / data protection and data security is expected through an integrated release procedure, the connection and use of central IT systems. Furthermore, the provision of information to participating experts will be simplified.
