ETL Interface System for Inventory Optimization

Brief description
Extraction of extensive warehouse data from SAP BI and transformation and loading into the Supply Chain Management Staging Area of the Voyager Inventory Optimization Platform.
Supplement
The application is the interface between the warehouse data enriched in the BI system and the Inventory Optimization Platform from Logility. Data extraction is performed using the Xtract IS adapter from Theobald Software integrated in the SQL Server Integration System (SSIS). The transformation of BI data types to TSQL data types is performed in SSIS.
Subject description
In detail, SAP R3, APO and BI data from the chain, demand history, historical forecasts, future forecasts, items, target limits, target actuals, target safety policy, link, SKU, location and stage are transferred. As part of support, these ETL processes are started and monitored on request. As part of the LifeCycle process, adjustments and tests must be carried out in conjunction with the current Windows versions (or service packs). The interface is subject to the specifications of an operation support plan. The interface application is programmed and developed using MS Visual Studio & SSIS and the SQL Server Management Tool.
