Introduction of a general test process for projects and line operation

In the second step, the test process is introduced as a prototype in selected projects and in line operation and defines the test activities for these. During the duration of the projects, the respective quality representatives are closely accompanied and coached in the implementation of the process and the formulation of the concept. Based on the knowledge gained in this way, the templates and training documents are adapted and optimised if necessary. In parallel, the currently used tool for test planning and execution as well as other ALM tools will be evaluated according to the requirements of the new test process. After the result of the evaluation, the existing tool is adapted or a new ALM tool is introduced parallel to the test process. After the prototype phase of the test process and ALM tool, these will be introduced for all new agile and classic projects as well as for line operation. Here, too, those responsible for quality are accompanied and coached.
