Based on a reorganisation of a department and incorporation into an enterprise group, the cooperation of regulatory affairs and internal information providers becomes a business critical topic. In order to achieve admission deadlines, the complex activities need to be managed and made transparent to the whole department. Therefore PTA takes on a moderation and analysis role to decide whether the defined product specifications should be implemented as part of a standard software solution or an individual software development. Special attention is applied to incorporate the internal IT as well as to respect the applied way of activities.

Within an iterative approach, a prioritization of the previously defined product specifications is carried out with the customer's project group, which is basis of the make or buy analysis. Based on the product specifications PTA was responsible for the market research, price exploratory and calculation with the calculation of the TCO.
