Analysis of existing components of a web application and the conception of their reusability

Brief description
The aim of the project is the complete digitalization of the consulting employer-funded pension ensurance and to create a technical concept to adapt existing components of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Environment in order to reduce future expenditures and to ensure an easy integration and implementation of new requirements.
Supplement
For our customer we have replaced and optimized existing applications of the 'digital consulting process' based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 as well as on other applications. We have integrated and optimized their own application 'CRM Light' and its interface to Dynamics 365. Furthermore, the existing Dynamics 365 solution and the customer´s own portal solution for digital Consulting, as well as its interface to Dynamics 365, with regards to its further usability and its adaptability to current and future Change requests, has been analysed and evaluated.
Subject description
The consulting process is provided via a web application based on MS CRM and is intended to support employees in making decisions about their company pension plans. It thus provides the basis for corresponding agreements between employers and employees.
