Analysis of the logistical delivery process of bulky goods, which usually have to be transported with 2 persons on the last mile (2MH) and should also be notified by telephone in order to avoid unsuccessful journeys.
Supplement
Instead of contacting customers by phone, the customer should be automatically directed by SMS or e-mail to a web page or mobile phone page where he can select or confirm a realistic delivery period. A savings potential of 50% can be expected in the notification and additionally in the planning process.
