Brief description
In this project, the processes in the financial services sector are checked, evaluated and classified step-by-step in cooperation with the customer's IT and the customer's specialist for automation by means of robotic process automation (RPA).
Subject description
The aim of the workshop is to explain the basics, possibilities and limitations of RPA technology as well as the understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of automation using RPA. Secondly, the processes are evaluated and documented in terms of feasibility, time and money savings, quality requirements and ROI. Thirdly, processes are identified that are suitable as proof of concept and thus as starting points for RPA implementation.
