Development of a replacement for synchronisation of appointments

Brief description
Appointments are transferred between the CRM system and Google Calendar after the decommissioning of the MS Exchange environments. This new solution will be used in about 15 countries/instances of the CRM solution. PTA has the project lead and the implementation in test and productive systems as well as the testing of the solution.
Supplement
The solution will be created in cooperation with another external company. The developed solution as Windows Server service will be tested, documented and rolled out in different regions. Outside of EMEA PTA consults/supports the rollout.
Subject description
The resource planning for Callcenter staff and Field Service Engineers must works without conflicts (overlapping of appointments) of their calendars. Appointments must be synchronised in time so that they are visible on the employees smarphone as soon as possible. This works bidirectional as well as unidirectional (as requested by a country).
