Supporting the operation of a debt collection application

Brief description
Within the scope of the project, PTA supports the operation of the main application for handling the customer's debt collection business. In addition to securing operations, the aim is to answer and implement queries from developers, product/application owners and key users (daily business) and to expand the existing infrastructure, carry out and further develop refactorings.
Supplement
Concrete tasks include performing deployments on test and production environments, starting/ending/monitoring jobs (implementing business processes), building/configuring test environments, customising/configuring the production environment, and commissioning components/jobs on the test/production environment. Furthermore, the customer integrates the PTA into the fault clearance and system responsibility. The PTA's tasks therefore include analysing and resolving malfunctions and coordinating the teams/departments involved in the event of a malfunction, representing the team leader of the operations team for the main application and onboarding new colleagues into the operations team.
Subject description
The main application for the settlement of the debt collection business is a central and important application of the customer. The application is further developed by 8 teams (consisting of developers and application analysts). The operations team is responsible for the operation of the main application, coordinates the other teams when commissioning components and advises them on operational issues. The PTA supports the operating team in these activities.
