Brief description
Support services are provided in the context of operating the Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft SharePoint that were developed and configured for the customer, each in their current release version (application as a service). To do so, PTA provides a service organization based on ITIL V3.
Supplement
In addition to administration of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft SharePoint applications in order to ensure availability, further services are needed, such as setting up users, ensuring the interface functions, ensuring the application functions, and determining and processing access and role authorizations for the relevant applications. The framework conditions for support and reaction times and other services are regulated in a support agreement.
