The current development process is defined in terms of interfaces, roles, responsibilities, transparency and communication, however there are overlaps, uncertainties and collaboration problems. By refining the process model, clearly mapping responsibilities to roles, using the scrum framework as a basis and training employees, the issues mentioned above are improved so that the development process becomes more efficient.
