CRM – ESB – SAP invoice interface

In the course of this project, the settlement process and the process for changing energy supplier is relocated out of the CRM system and implemented in SAP SD and IS-U. To enable this, the SAP system requires data from the CRM system, which continues to be the leading system. When a contract is concluded with the customer, an order is created in CRM. The CRM user can then press a button to manually initiate the data transfer to SAP SD and IS-U. PTA supervises the requirements analysis for the project in an advisory role, implements the requirements that are relevant to the CRM system, and provides support for live operation of this interface.
