In order to help field staff employees during their sales conversations, a mobile tablet app is developed to guide the employee through the conversation by means of a configurable questionnaire and to record the customer's information. After the conversation, this information can then be synchronized with the customer's CRM system.

The target platform is iOS (iPad). The app is developed with a hybrid approach based on HTML & JavaScript. A specially coordinated REST service was developed for synchronization with the customer's CRM system.
