Brief description
An internationally active retail corporation operates a supplier portal that suppliers can use to view their listed articles and conditions. In the course of the project, the possibility is created of providing the supplier with documents and information that are generally applicable or that apply to the product type so that the supplier can save the documents for information.
Supplement
On an externally accessible supplier portal, documents are available for download. The portal is operated in a DMZ so that access is only possible via a web GUI. The documents can be uploaded and deleted by administrative users. Suppliers are informed of the relevant, newly available documents.
Subject description
The supplier portal makes it possible to coordinate purchase prices between the supplier and purchasing department, and to exchange information.
