Recording and updating of customer prices in the Consumables area

An offline-capable expansion of MS Dynamics CRM 2013 should be provided for the Consumables area in order to enter and update customer prices. This should enable Sales and distribution to enter customer-specific staggered prices in the simplest possible way. The component is intended to assist this process by a clear representation of additional information such as margins and discount. In addition, a printing mechanism should be provided in order to send the price agreements to the customer as a Word document. Transferring potential customer prices from CRM to SAP as well as transferring back the confirmed customer prices to CRM will be handled by new interfaces to be created.
