A sequence of tasks undertaken by people or groups of people (human workflow) is provided with technical support. The tasks are displayed in an interface in a portal for the person in question carrying out the activity. There, this person carries out his/her task and the following task is created after it has been completed. The tasks are controlled by technical workflows.
Supplement
A generic approach is used in order to avoid having to implement basic sequence controls multiple times when there are similar requirements on a sequence of tasks. The control is defined and implemented uniformly. The required task types are entered and a control logic implemented for each type. A scheme defines the setup and structure which a specific human workflow must use. The existing tasks are analyzed and the task types defined. The scheme is developed and its technical implementation carried out.
Subject description
Tasks that are carried out repeatedly by people should be provided with technical support. The implementation can be tracked more effectively and no step is forgotten. Technical support means that a uniform procedure is guaranteed during implementation. Similar task sequences can be implemented more easily due to the generic technical implementation.
