Introduction of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system in the energy service sector

The project includes a process analysis, fit gap analysis, requirement analysis, customizing, development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 in a Private Cloud environment of PTA. The customer's sales and service processes are analyzed and support is worked out with the help of the CRM system. The CRM system adapted to customer requirements includes not only the standard functions but also an adapted, automatic lead generation from a web portal for end customers, automatic contract generation with device hierarchy, additional reminders, Word templates and mail merge templates, an expanded offer editor as well as seamless integration into SharePoint and Outlook. Additional challenges involve the connection to other systems for automated transfer of customer data from the CRM system and expansion of the CRM system to include a further client (child business unit).
