SpiraTeam customizing for a development bank

Customizing reflects the organizational processes of test management in SpiraTeam. The customer-specific test process is implemented as a workflow, taking account of the various user roles. The role assignments are exported as a report using a specified format. SpiraTeam does not always oblige compliance with the test process, consequently additional reports help to detect inconsistencies (e.g. to put it simply 'Each test case that has not been closed must have at least one open incident assigned to it'). The diagrams integrated in the SpiraTeam interface evaluate the undertaking of the test and the error profile over time and status. A report is implemented for complete archiving of a test, and contains all organizationally relevant information. An Office tool additionally loads all data created in the test as well as the report. Finally, the end-users will be trained in the use of SpiraTeam as part of an introductory and test implementation training.
