Shortening the delivery chain of electricity supply contracts
Project duration: 2 months
Brief description
Shortening the supply chain and the related novation of electricity supply contracts for a new contractual partner while retaining the existing automatic systems, processes and interfaces.
Supplement
In close collaboration with the departments, requirements are created and all activities are supported from design to go-live. This completes tasks in project planning, as well project controlling, and the planning and implementation of the corresponding test phases. By preference, the Customizing functions of the Endur standard software are used to reflect contract components and processes. Individual script solutions are implemented in OpenJVS. Existing functions based on AVS scripts, where possible, also reimplemented or adapted in OpenJVS. Test management is supported by the HPQC software. This includes definition and implementation of all test cases, as well as management of the errors and change requests arising from the tests.
Subject description
Modification of the front-to-end process throughout the entire deal life-cycle and all relevant interfaces for recording new contracts for the new contractual partner. The high complexity of the migrated options and the flexibility in volume and pricing presents particular requirements when it comes to renewing contracts which have already been posted. Division of the contracts on the renewal key data, in which case aggregated (residual) annual quantity deals have been posted to the new counterparty for the contracts.
