The purpose of the new specialist area of governance is to define and implement guidelines, standards and checks in order to achieve long-term cost savings and performance improvements throughout the company. PTA provides help with the conceptual organization in the areas of processes and data.
Subject description
A rapidly changing market makes it necessary to adapt and run processes promptly and efficiently. A larger restructuring measure has precisely this aim and has resulted in the creation of a new field: governance. The guidelines, standards and checks of governance help ensure that cost savings and performance improvements can be achieved throughout the company in the long term.
