In order to support quality management (QM) and the continuous improvement process (CIP), a project is initiated to introduce a feedback management system in the company. The feedback process is support by an IT solution. The new system is tested by means of various tests. In particular, anomalous results (for the following system versions) are documented. The feedback process is analyzed and modeled in a process model (using BPMN – Business Process Modeling and Notation). An introductory presentation is created to present the process and the new system. This documentation can also be used as a set of internal instructions.
